Cancellation policy

Any cancellation by Traveler (the one who purchased our services) must be initiated by email to support@andbeyondtokyo.com. The acknowledgment shall be sent to the Traveler by e-mail.

The cancelation due date varies depending on the service the Traveler purchased. Please read carefully the specification in the tour page.

Days will be calculated in accordance with Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)

In certain cases, Traveler may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:
• the number days of prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received or
• the amount expended for the preparation

In case of refund, the handling charges shall be deducted from the amount. Handling charges include money transfer expense.
