Soba, made from buckwheat flour is known as a healthier option compared with Udon, or spaghetti. It is lower in calories also lower in gluten. Besides those nutritional benefits, I like the taste and texture of Soba. Returning to Tokyo after 14 years away, I found Soba course dinner or lunch in many restaurants. This is one of those small restaurants.
